We are looking for a Team Support to join BYD Auto Spain. The successful candidate will support a smooth set up of the BYD Auto Spain organization, implement and coordinate projects and ensure a timely follow up and reporting of the different teams. The perfect candidate is a proactive and decisive person who wants to get involved in new projects. You will be the perfect Team Support if you are willing to grow within a dynamic team.

The Team Support reports directly to the Country Manager.

The Key Objectives & Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Be part of the team providing support in the communication with external and internal partners.
• Prepare meetings including presentations, managing invitations and venues.
• Timely follow up outcome of meetings including distribution of meeting minutes.
• Lead the reporting processes across the different functions to provide to Country Manager the overall perspective of business situation.
• Support the different functions in managing administrative tasks in interaction with Dealer partners, suppliers, HQ departments, etc.
• Take over the coordination of specific projects as defined by the management.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• 2 + years previous customer service, administrative experience, project coordination or similar.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English & Spanish.
• Active listening skills.
• Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Negotiation skills.
