To further reinforce BYD’s development in overseas markets, we are looking for a Business Planning Specialist for passenger cars business of BYD UK.

 Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Monthly 3+3 Forecast by data collection and analysis
• Collects the sales demands and confirm POs from UK and Ireland markets
• Monitors the vehicles delivery status after arrival to the port
• Manages the delivery in the market, including vehicle registrations data
• Providing purchasing invoice (PI), according to the PI application from markets
• Manages PO payback from dealerships
• Provides delivery plan based on the vehicle demands in POs and expected payback date
• Data analysis with Excel spreadsheets
• Other related contingent tasks and assignments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Fluent English language skills, Chinese language is beneficial
• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, or Economics, or Finance/Accounting.
• Skilled in MS software, especially for Excel, Word and PPT.
• At least 2 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Relevant legal knowledge.
• Independent problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Structured, and goal oriented attitude.
• Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset.
• Has right-to-work in the UK
