The Network Development Specialist to support BYD passenger car dealer network development in the central and eastern European markets.

Location: Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team leader to define & implement network plan in the assigned market to achieve the right size of the BYD network.
• Lead Dealer onboarding into the business, integrating all related areas to ensure a proper business set up on due time.
• Monitoring performance improvement growth process at POS and identify opportunities for improvement / replacement.
• Assisting dealership and related contract/agreement negotiation.
• Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
• Cross-functional teamwork.
  

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above, business management or engineering background is preferred.

•  At least 2 years related working experience in Automotive industry, working experience in auto OEM for EU network development is preferred.

• Proficient English and at least one of the eastern European languages is a must. Chinese or other European languages will be a plus.
