As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support the Operations Manager, responsible for Health & Safety compliance, facilities management, office operations, and general administration.
Conducting site inductions and ensuring health and safety processes/policies/procedures are always observed
Supporting office reconfigurations and moves, which can include installing, dismantling and relocating furniture, moving crates etc
Interaction with building management teams and contractors.
Dealing with postal and courier services (incoming & outgoing) and associated equipment
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely fashion in line with the organisation’s responsible business charter
Operate a range of software, including Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel spreadsheets and other databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office and maintaining accurate records
Other relevant job duties assigned by line manager
Previous experience of working within facilities management would be an advantage
Understanding of managing health and safety within the workspace
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages
IOSH (or equivalent) Health & Safety training certification (essential, or currently working towards)
First Aid at Work (essential, or currently working towards)
Ability to work under pressure to resolve issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of priorisiting tasks
