Sales Specialist
As Sales Specialist you will:
- Work closely with the Country Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the entire region.
- Ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to achieve sales targets.
- Lead by example, actively and providing product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering loyalty to the OEM's products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to stay competitive.
- Assist in coordinating promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in order to communicate with agencies and dealers, as well as coordinating with internal team.
- Experience with identifying and evaluating tender opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Proven experience in bus sales field, preferably with tender handling related experiences.
- Analytical mindset to assess sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in conducting product demonstrations and sales support.
- Experience in Chinese Commercial Vehicles.
- Fluent in English. Chinese language skills is a plus.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
