The Financing Business Manager will be responsible for managing partnership with financing institutes, producing sales financing solutions.
Collaborate closely with the channel team and sales team, design financing solutions for dealers and end consumers in accordance with the company's sales plans to support the development of overseas sales strategies.
Track up-to-date market information, monitor sales target achievment, and dynamically adjust financing solutions to cope with market changes.
Capture the most cutting-edge financial market information, deeply analyze the current situation and development of the automotive finance market in Europe, and provide a series of supportive models, data, research, and professional analysis for the sales financing strategy, including but not limited to macro, industry, market, and competitor areas.
As Financing Business Manager your daily tasks will be:
Communicate with country managers and sales manager regularly, understand their business demand.
Visit and communication with banks and dealers regularly, capture up-to-date information.
Track competitor actions, focus on their sales performance and changes in financing solutions.
Monitor our sales target and achievement, adjust the financing schemes in time.
3-5 years of experience in financing/leasing business, preferable in consumer finance or OEM’s financing related position.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or other related fields
Accept frequent business trips(50%+)
Professional Knowledge Requirement:
Multiple language skills: English/Chinese plus at least one local language(French, German, Spanish, Italian), other European local languages are a plus
Master the financing related workflow and professional knowledge;
Excellent communication and coordination ability, business negotiation ability and risk management ability;
Ability to collaborate with people of different cultural backgrounds, optimistic and positive, strong stress resistance
CPA/CFA/FRM is a plus
