The Remarketing Operations Manager is responsible for all operations related to Used Cars & Remarketing activities in Germany, directly reporting into the Head of Remarketing Europe. You will fulfill a crucial role by working together with cross-functional teams to identify operational risks and implement workflow-enhancing solutions with the focus on logistics, intake and refurbishment.
In charge of the used car defleeting planning process, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Being accountable for the local delivery of operations and execution.
Engage with internal teams (After Sales, Spare Parts) and customers to define a standard for inspection and damage evaluation.
Directly responsible for overseeing the used car inspection and necessary refurbishment process with external partners.
Drive operational excellence by developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, ensuring their support and commitment to shared goals.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in automotive refurbishment operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a Technology management role.
In-depth knowledge of automotive refurbishment processes, quality control standards, and industry regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical skill
You speak English with business fluency, and German as good as native speaker.
