OEM Sales Manager
Role Overview:
Join BYD Europe as a dynamic OEM Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives and foster business expansion with automotive manufacturers. This pivotal role involves managing the sales operations, strategizing for revenue growth, and ensuring our OEM customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
- Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with principal stakeholders in target accounts.
- Seek out and capitalize on new business prospects with both current and prospective OEM clients.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to guarantee the triumphant launch of products and gratify customer expectations.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, project revenues, and provide detailed reports on sales endeavors and accomplishments.
- Represent BYD at industry expos and events, networking with potential clientele.
- Stay informed about the automotive sector's latest trends and market shifts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in OEM sales or a related area.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and client requirements.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Availability for travel.
- Fluency in German, English, with Chinese language skills being a considerable advantage.
