BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic
Recruitment Specialist to join our Auto manufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production and operational departments to understand and align manpower needs based on current staffing levels and business growth targets.
- Establish, improve, and manage recruitment processes specifically tailored to blue-collar positions, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for physical labor roles, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and onboarding.
- Develop and expand recruitment channels (e.g. local job centers, vocational schools, staffing agencies, internal referrals) to attract sufficient and qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with vocational training institutions, support internship and dual education programs.
- Actively participate in job fairs, local hiring events, and recruitment campaigns targeting blue-collar candidates.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment is highly preferred, especially in hiring blue-collar workers (e.g. operators, machine handlers, technicians).
- Fluency in Hungarian is required; English or Chinese at a working proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, high adaptability, and strong organizational abilities.
