About the department:

The After Sales department within BYD Europe is responsible for all Service & Maintenance related topics concerning our full electric buses & trucks. This is including, but not limited to, building up a service network in whole Europe, providing technical support to our customers and Service Providers, supporting the sales department by calculating Life Cycle Costs, development of the Spare Parts business and providing trainings. The main objective of the After Sales department is to contribute to Customer Satisfaction & loyalty.

Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Execute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors.
2. Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.
3. Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees.
4. Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.
5. Course development and improvement.
6. Assist in the development of training plans.
7. Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.
8. Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.
9. Other work assigned by the leader.

Skills and requirements:

1. More than 3 years related experience.
2. Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work
3. Fluent German and English, other European language is a plus.
4. Willing and flexible to travel among European countries; willing to travel to China.
