Business Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The business support specialist for BYD New Business Development Section will play a crucial role by specializing in personnel and administrative aspects of the work of the interface, managing business-related assets and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison between HR, general management, finance departments for recruitment, training, performance, attendance, concur travel request, reimbursement and etc.
- Support to manage the business-related assets, including charger and charging card operation.
- Handle administrative tasks for the team, including scheduling internal meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing the contract documents.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any majors.
- Related experience of 1-5 years in administrative/operation support roles will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
