About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Business Support
- Assist the Country Manager France in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of sales plans, closely tracking and assessing their progress.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, providing regular reports and updates to the Country Manager France on retail performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities.
Project Management:
- Support the Country Manager in managing various projects related to market expansion, product launches, and process improvements.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure timely execution and delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
Administrative Coordination
- Manage the Country Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and proposals for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and other departments within the organization.
Other tasks assigned by Country Manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in automotive industry.
- Excellent French and English Skill. Chinese will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
