About the role
The Quality Engineer-Dealer Service Evaluation, you will
- Be responsible for overseeing and assessing the service quality of dealers to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Establish evaluation standards, collecting and analyzing data, and providing improvement recommendations to enhance dealer service levels.

As Dealer Service Evaluation Engineer you will:
- Conduct or participate in quality evaluations of sales process to ensure meeting the brand's service standards, providing feedback on the quality status from a customer perspective.
- Highly-motivated and driven, who has a keen eye for detail when analyzing multiple data sets, You’ll possess a high level of analytical skills and be advanced in using Excel and Power BI which is essential for data analysis, forecasting and visualization.
- Spotting trends and identifying new opportunities for development.
- You will need good observation skills whilst carrying out mystery shops. Willing to travel in EU.
- Perform data analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement in service.
- Provide specific improvement suggestions according to data analysis.
- You will be responsible for analyzing dealer service and reporting on competitor markets with a focus on store quality and sales service levels.
Your profile:
- More than 1 years of relevant work experience in quality management. Experience in service quality management or market analysis in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Ability to address and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Excellent data analysis skills, communication and coordination abilities, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bilingual Other Europe language( German/Spanish/Italian/French) will be a plus. This role is based in Amsterdam and will require relocation.
