BYD, a global automotive brand and the world’s leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles (NEV) is expanding its presence on the Polish market.

We are looking for professionals who will join our marketing department for Paid Social Media Specialist role.

If you understand the market, have agency-side experience in direct media buying and paid campaigns, and are confident in managing the entire process - from strategy and creative development to implementation, optimization, performance measurement, and reporting, you are ideal candidate for us! We value individuals who combine strong execution skills with strategic thinking, understand campaign effectiveness, and know how to deliver impactful marketing results in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Key objectives and responsibilities:

• Deliver social media plans for Poland marketing team

• Optimize and report on all campaigns – sharing results with wider team

• Work with creative team to ensure best practice creative is used

• Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets

• Out of the box thinking, problem solving attitude, willingness to teamwork

Key results:

• Web traffic and leads driven by media campaigns

• Increasing engagement and performance of social media campaigns

• Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in Poland
  

Qualification and requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.

• Effective and fluent communicator in English and Polish.

• Excellent Microsoft office skills.

• Experience in paid social media planning and buying, strong execution skills.

• Knowledge of current social media landscape and ability to optimize campaigns.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.

• Previous work in agency experience.

• Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
