 Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of intellectual property dispute.
• Intellectual property risk investigation.
• Review, drafting and negotiation of intellectual property contracts.
• Negotiation and handling of intellectual property licensing and transfer cases.
• Provide IP legal counselling.
• Research, publicity, and training on intellectual property laws.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law ， overseas work experience or composite education background is preferred.
• Having a lawyer qualification certificate, priority in Europe.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, can be used as working language.
• At least 3 years of foreign legal experience in well-known law firms or large enterprises at home and abroad, automotive, battery or other manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in handling both overseas patents and trademarks is preferred.
