Key Account Manager
About the department:
The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. In addition, collecting market information and supporting country managers in approaching local fleet customers are important tasks.
About the role:
This position is mainly responsible for:
1) managing and nurturing relationships with lease companies and captive lease partner in dedicated areas, understanding the specific needs and requirements, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, and working closely with the country manager and Captive Lease Manager Europe to develop local lease campaigns and gather market data (residual value, Service/Maintenance/Repair, competition analyses), and
2) managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated areas, understanding the specific needs and requirements of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining relationships with lease companies, captive lease partner and key account customers;
- Identifying new business opportunities;
- Develop annual campaign planning and action plan ;
- Budget planning for launching strong campaigns;
- Meeting sales targets, monitoring & reporting sales targets, and action plan;
- Training and managing dealer Key Account members in designated regions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Reporting monthly market development;
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Relevant experience in fleet business is preferred;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;
- Perfect interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
- Fluent in German and English.
