Marketing Operation Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
About the Department:
The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
As a Marketing Operation Specialist you will:
This position is responsible for supporting marketing business operations. By conducting market data analysis, monitoring marketing campaign performance, and following up on business process optimization projects, the role provides data support and execution assurance for marketing decisions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Analysis Support
Collect and organize industry trends, competitor intelligence, and market trend data.
Assist in completing periodic market analysis reports, including indepth analysis of market size, share, user personas, etc.
Monitor the effectiveness of market activities, providing data insights and strategic optimization recommendations.
Support market research and data analysis for new product/service launches.
2.Marketing Performance Monitoring
Establish and maintain a KPI tracking system for marketing campaign effectiveness.
Regularly monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities across all channels.
Analyze marketing Return on Investment (ROI), identifying high- and low-performing activities.
Prepare marketing performance reports, presenting key findings to management and relevant departments.
Assist the marketing team in optimizing budget allocation and resource deployment strategies.
3.Business Process Optimization Project Follow-up
Participate in mapping, diagnosing, and identifying pain points in marketing-related business processes.
Support the planning, execution, tracking, and outcome evaluation of business process optimization projects.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure optimization projects proceed as planned.
Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements, collect feedback, and assist in developing continuous improvement plans.
Maintain and update business process documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
4.Cross-departmental Collaboration Support
Act as a liaison between the Marketing Department and Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, and other departments.
Coordinate to resolve cross-departmental issues arising during the execution of marketing operations.
Support internal communication, coordination, and resource integration for marketing campaigns.

Your profile:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Management, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in market analysis, business operations, marketing operations or related roles.
Experience in leading or deeply participating in cross departmental process optimization projects in preferred.
Proficient in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT), with strong data analysis and visualization capabilities (experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus).
In depth understanding of marketing performance evaluation frameworks and monitoring methods.
Solid project management knowledge, with the ability to effectively track multiple projects simultaneously.
Good Chinese and English proficiency, fluent in written report writing, email communication, and meeting discussions.
