About the department:

The Finance department is dedicated to supporting our company through a range of financial tasks including handling payables and receivables, managing reimbursements, and addressing all financial-related issues.

About the role:

We are looking for a new colleague with enthusiasm for numbers and invoicing. You have a structured and accurate way of working. As Finance Specialist you will have a chance to broaden your accounting knowledge and be a part of fast growing company.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operating, including invoicing, journal booking, BS reconciliation report, intercompany activities and reconciliation etc.
• Reconcile shipment with customer GR before issue VAT invoice, ensure timely issue VAT invoice to avoid collection delay.
• Data validation among sales orders, purchase orders and debit note.
• Co-ordinate with site PM and customer for any unreconcile item.
• Follow company policy to perform AR related entry.
• Prepare AR analysis report/ sales related report.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare schedules & reporting.
• Assist in financial audit activities and prepare related documentation.
• Assist in review Monthly/Quarterly tax declaration form if necessary.
• Prepare for other ad-hoc assignments.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor graduate or diploma holder in Accounting / Finance / Business.
• 3 -5 years in Accounts Receivable and Tax experience is preferred.
• Certificate of Disability 33% required.
• Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws; Proficiency of PC applications and SAP system, strong PPT & spreadsheet skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
