About the department:

The Finance department is dedicated to supporting our company through a range of financial tasks including handling payables and receivables, managing reimbursements, and addressing all financial-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile shipment with customer GR before issue VAT invoice, ensure timely issue VAT invoice to avoid collection delay.
• Data validation among SO, PO and DN.
• Co-ordinate with sale team, logistic team and customer for any unreconcile item.
• Submit and record of invoices to Clients, Credit Note and Debit Note.
• Ensure the correct accounting treatment of invoices to Clients.
• Follow-up of accounts receivable (Cleaning, collection and maintenance).
• Prepare AR analysis report/ sales related report.
• Preparation of cash receipts for customer collection, according to movements reported by the Treasury.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting or economies.
• 1-3 years in Accounts Receivable is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft offices.
• Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws; familiar with SAP system is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Nice to have: Certificate of 33% disability.
