Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced legal counsel to join our team in Manisa. As a professional legal counsel, you will be responsible for the legal affairs of our Turkish company.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the legal affairs of our Turkish company; Formulating mechanisms for risk prevention and control, emergency handling and response;
• Researching laws and policies related to the business; providing legal advice for the company's decision-making and business operations; carrying out relevant legal training;
• Responsible for the identification, analysis, evaluation, and response of legal risks for the front operation of our Turkish company; Providing legal support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts, company policies, and other legal documents;
• Responsible for the follow-up of local litigation and non-litigation legal affairs
• Processing other related works assigned by the leader.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Graduated from law school in Turkey or abroad, with a master's degree in law or above, and familiar with Turkish laws, a Turkish study background is preferred; 
• 3 to 5 years of working experience, automotive and other manufacturing industry working experience is preferred;
• With strong ability and rich experience in dealing with legal compliance matters, including but not limited to Data Protection, Competition law, and export control;
• Skilled in handling cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional legal issues;
• Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication and coordination skills, efficient execution, strong ability to work under pressure, and team management.
