About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
The employee will be mainly responsible for back-office work and coordinate various business requests for French market. You will work closely with the sales and network team and other France NSC teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
2. Coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure accurate documentation and information flow.
3. Support procurement activities, including submission, supplier communication, and delivery follow-up.
4. Monitor and assist with project-related processes such as approvals, contract flow, and compliance checks.
5. Provide administrative and hospitality support, including meeting arrangements, visitor reception, and documentation management.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sales support or administrative roles
3. Excellent French and English Skill. Chinese will be mandatory.
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
