Due to the expansion of our activities, BYD Spain is looking for Logistics Specialist to work in the Vehicle Logistics department.

Vehicle Logistics department takes care of the inbound of all the vehicles imported in Spain and other countries in Europe and also the distribution of those vehicles in Spain. Vehicle Logistics department is responsible for exploring the most suitable solutions for all logistics issues in the automotive division.

As a Senior Logistics Specialist you will:

• Dealing with logistics claims and controlling the logistics cost.
• Arranging commercial documents (invoices etc.) to be delivered to and handled by the related parties.
• Operations within the different systems that is used as the whole process control for the movement of the cargo or for the purpose of finance control, for example CRM, ERP or SAP system.
• Arranging transport (trucking, shipping, or both) by selecting the most suitable suppliers and ways.
• Daily data maintenance and update with systems & without systems (e.g. excels).
• Daily contact with local logistics service partners to follow up on the real-time status of the shipments/transportations.

We hope you have:

• Bachelor’s degree of above, preferably in International Trade or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, fluency in Chinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with international logistics policies and regulations, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; clear thinking, excellent execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
