About the Department:

The Parts Inventory & Logistics department is responsible for taking care of the inbound of Spare parts imported from HQ and part of the outbound/Cross trade LTL/FTL/Express shipment. The Department is also responsible for implementation of the effective goods movement, coordination and to be sure that the shipment is arranged in efficient and cost competitive manners.

As Supply Chain Developer you will:

• Responsible for the developing 3PL warehousing and logistics, including potential supplier assessment and contract evaluations.
• Lead all business communication and operational relationships with 3PL suppliers.
• Review supplier's monthly invoice and billing.
• Analyze and optimize 3PL warehouse and logistics management processes.
• Ensure the BYD standards are well communicated, and expansion plans are supported.

• Minimum Bachelor level in Supply Chain, Business or relevant background, and at least 5 years of working experience including 2 years experience in 3PL developing & management or similar roles;
• High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment;
• Fluency in both English and Chinese languages;
• Proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook;
• Effective communicator and team player;
• Willing to learn and open for new challenges
• Willingness to travel 30%-50% across the Pan-European region.
