Job Overview:

We are seeking three Financial Specialists to join our finance team in Istanbul, Turkey. Each specialist will focus on a distinct area of finance and accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. The positions available include:

1. Financial Accountant (Finance & Treasury)
2. Financial Accountant (Tax Accounting)
3. General Ledger Accountant (AR & AP, Account Processing, Reconciliation, and Reporting Analysis)

Position 1: Financial Accountant (Finance & Treasury)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall financial and treasury activities for the Turkey location.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Position 2: Financial Accountant (Tax Accounting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax accounting and compliance for passenger car sales operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting in accordance with local tax laws.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with corporate tax policies.
• Work closely with tax authorities and external auditors.
• Monitor tax risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support internal teams with tax-related queries and reporting.

Position 3: General Ledger Accountant (AR & AP, Account Processing, Reconciliation, and Reporting Analysis)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Support decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.
• Work closely with internal departments to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, or general ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP software, and tax compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
