Fleet Sales Manager-Hungary
About the role:
As a Fleet Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major fleet customers, and report to the sales manager. You will play a crucial role in driving the sales of BYD vehicles and services within the 2B fleet sales sector.
Key responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for fleet customers.
2.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with fleet customers' fleet managers and key business executives, and leasing&rental companies.
3.Understand the specific needs of fleet customers and tailor BYD's offerings to meet those requirements.
4.Coordinate with the marketing team to create tailored proposals and presentations for fleet clients.
5.Plan and implement fleet test drive events regularly.
6.Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
7.Manage complex contract, deal negotiations and close agreements, deal with customers.
8.Collaborate with the operations team and after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Objectives:
1.Achieve sales targets within the fleet sales sector.
2.Establish BYD passenger vehicle and light commercial vehicle as a preferred supplier for fleet operators in Hungary.
3.Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 8 years of experience in fleet business of automotive industry.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
- Perfect interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, Chinese will be a plus.
