DENZA Brand will be launched in France and Europe in April 2026 and will develop its network according to the Product launch planning.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Business Development
· Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve Denza’s sales targets in France.
· Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility and provide sales training for motivation.
· Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.
· Follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.
· Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and
· expand the Denza brand presence in sales markets.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals,
· ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer Relationship Management
· Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and dealership networks.
· Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance the premium customer experience.
· Ensure a high level of customer service and follow-up to build long-term client loyalty.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
· Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations to the Sales Director.
· Stay up-to-date with electric vehicle (EV) industry trends and government regulations impacting the market.
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, product, after-sales and other teams to ensure sales strategies align with brand positioning and customer expectations.
· Collaborate with international sales teams to leverage best practices and drive Denza’s success in France
· Be DENZA ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.
· Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requires:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or regional sales/marketing roles in the Premium automotive industry
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
· Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes.
· Passion for electric mobility and innovation in the automotive industry
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and make
· strategic decisions.
· Willingness to travel frequently in France
· Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
