Junior IT Assistant & Business Analyst
The Junior IT Assistant & Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This role involves working closely with the HQ IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology environment and providing essential technical support to employees across the organization. You will be key in managing hardware, software, and network-related issues, while also taking ownership of system maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Additionally, you will assist with IT planning and documentation, as well as provide training and support to users.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HQ IT team to plan, implement, upgrade, optimize, and transform IT network/server/infrastructure/security.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization, responding to technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and applications (Windows, Windows Server, MacOS).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system, hardware, and network issues, providing solutions or escalating to the HQ IT team when necessary.
- Continuously monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.
- Prepare and configure IT equipment, including computers, laptops, and peripherals, for employees.
- Keep records of technical issues, document solutions, and create user guides for future reference.
- Sorting out business requirements, outputting requirement list and requirement documents, and following up the progress of requirements.
- Confirmation of product solution to ensure that the product solution meets the business requirements.
- Responsible for user acceptance test of the product.
- Preparation of system operation manuals and training materials.
- Training on system functions and use of the system.
- Informatization planning of CRM module for automobile companies.
- Operation and maintenance of the system.
• System board operation including: CRM, Dealer Storefront System, digital marketing platform, dealer API sales board core system.
Management Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT assets are well-documented and properly managed to optimize availability and usability.
- Assist in IT policy enforcement and best practices to enhance security and efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support IT infrastructure changes, upgrades, and expansion projects in alignment with business needs.
Interpersonal & Communication Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and effective technical support to employees with varying levels of IT knowledge.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve IT challenges efficiently.
- Communicate technical information in an understandable way to non-technical users.
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and ensure excellent customer support.
Skills & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of IT/network-related work experience.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, ITIL.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows, Windows Server, and MacOS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Experience with IT asset management and documentation.
- Basic Data analysis competencies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Fluent in English and/or Italian
- Chinese language skills are an advantage
