Digital Marketing Specialist (DENZA)

As our social media presence and digital footprint continue to expand across multiple European markets, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media—someone who can manage diverse tasks, ensure smooth project coordination, and uphold our brand standards across all digital channels.
In this role, you will act as the central liaison between our internal teams and external agencies, making sure all digital marketing initiatives align with our broader strategic objectives. By working closely with our Data & Paid Media Specialist, you’ll drive data-informed decisions, optimize campaign performance, and maintain a consistent brand presence throughout Europe.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
○ Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external advertising agencies, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for social media and broader digital marketing campaigns.
○ Collaborate with the Data & Paid Media Specialistto streamline workflows and ensure timely, efficient execution of campaigns.
○ Manage a variety of projects, prioritizing tasks to maintain momentum and meet tight deadlines.
2. Content Approval & Quality Control
○ Review and approve all social media and digital marketing content, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
○ Maintain consistent quality standards across social platforms and other digital channels.
○ Provide constructive feedback to agencies and internal teams, continuously refining creative assets and messaging for maximum impact.
3. Localized Marketing Solutions
○ Partner with local market teams to adapt and tailor social media campaigns for various European regions, accounting for cultural and linguistic nuances.
○ Leverage insights from the Data & Paid Media Specialistto develop strategies that resonate with specific audiences, boosting engagement and relevance.
○ Implement localized approaches that increase brand visibility and strengthen our market presence.
4. Strategic Oversight & Reporting
○ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to ensure alignment with our overarching business objectives.
○ Prepare regular reports in collaboration with the Data & Paid Media Specialist, identifying successes, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.
○ Contribute to strategic planning by offering data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and growth.
5. Collaboration with Data & Paid Media Specialist
○ Coordinate organic social media and paid strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and synchronized timing to maximize impact.
○ Share performance data and audience insights to refine campaign targeting and enhance ROI.
○ Foster an integrated marketing approach that amplifies brand awareness and drives conversions across all channels.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
● Education
○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Experience
○ 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or project coordination.
○ Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
○ Automotive industry familiarity is a plus, though not required.
● Technical Skills
○ Proficiency in key social media and digital platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
○ Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
○ Knowledge of content management systems and collaborative workflow tools.
● Language & Communication
○ Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
○ Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse teams and external partners.
○ Experience in an international or multicultural environment is beneficial.
● Soft Skills
