Aftersalses Support Engineer - Hungary

Job Responsibility:
Technical support
- Bring the Service Providers to a higher level by providing them onsite and remote support;
- Secure the repair quality of the Service Providers by Quality Control procedures;
- Undertake and assist with after-sales operational issues (e.g. technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance);
- Provide feedback on technical documentation (e.g. Manuals, diagnostic diagrams etc.);
- Coordinate and support the service provider to implement technical upgrades and service campaign;
- Monitor the technical availability of the BYD commercial vehicles and avoid aftersales penalties;
- Create Service reports in the BYD Service System, help to improve the products together with R&D, QA teams.
Service team management
- Coordinate all the diagnostic tools and other tools provided by BYD;
- Collaborate and lead the service team from our service providers to deliver excellent service quality and capacity to our customers;
- Have close contact with the Spare Parts team to ensure timely delivery of parts and avoiding vehicle unavailability.
Customer relationship:
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship
- Assist BYD Aftersales management team during operational meetings with customers;
- Handle customer’s demands and complaints.
Required to perform all other tasks that your immediate superior commits and which you are qualified to do, qualify and do not violate any statutory or internal instructions.
