General Specialist - office management
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled General Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This role will primarily focus on office management and administrative affairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail work style, and a proactive approach to managing admin operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and service providers to ensure a well-functioning workplace. Maintain records of office inventory, equipment, and administrative expenses.
- Organize internal meetings, events, company travels and company cars.
- Work closely with the Country Manager, providing support in communication with external and internal partners.
- Take charge of coordinating specific projects as assigned by management, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, support health & safety compliance tasks.
- Act as a liaison between departments and HQ to ensure effective communication and workflow, provide accurate translation if needed.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative affairs.
- Possess organizational and coordination skills, office equipment maintenance skills, data analysis skills, and document management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Turkish, Chinese is a plus.
