About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive performance in Poland and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Your responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events for BYD Poland
• Cooperate closely with an external event agency – including briefing, supervising execution, budget control, and timelines
• Report directly to the Marketing Director
• Promote events both online and offline
• Prepare and manage project documentation: schedules, checklists, reports
• Ensure all events align with BYD’s brand identity and global standards


What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in organizing events (automotive or lifestyle industry experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with agencies and external vendors
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) – daily communication in an international team
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally abroad
