Head of Marketing
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive the UK passenger car marketing strategy. You will lead product launches, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure our vehicles resonate with UK customers. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence, support the transition to zero-emission transportation, and make a meaningful impact in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product launches, marketing initiatives, and communications for UK passenger car models.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including strategies, goals, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials.
- Refine the UK-specific localisation of vehicle selling points.
- Create schedules, manage deadlines, and oversee project timelines.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to guide strategy.
- Provide guidance on product pricing, budgeting, and strategic positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in automotive marketing, with a track record of successfully launching vehicles, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
- Deep understanding of the UK automotive market, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Strong project management skills, able to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling marketing messages.
- Data-driven and analytical, capable of interpreting market insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance to optimise strategies.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications.
- Creative thinker, open to new marketing approaches and digital channels, with a focus on innovation and impact.
- Comfortable with occasional international travel for launches, trainings, or industry events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
