About the role
As the Zone Manager Netherlands
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our dealer networks are fully skilled and equipped to deliver consistently outstanding and maximized sales performance.
You will define and monitor Funnel Management KPI’s, that will ensure that our dealer-based sales teams have the necessary means they will need to deliver excellence at every stage of our customer journey for passenger cars: from initial lead enquiry through to sales and eventually vehicle delivery and customer loyalty retention.
You will be expected to permanently monitor (changes in) market conditions and act accordingly to our dealer network and our internal management, based on analysis and improvement plans.
In addition to the above, you will also work closely with the network, product and dealer marketing team for the Netherlands. This particular requires permanent attention for network improvement opportunities in order to boost sales volume further. You will be a member of the Netherlands market team and report directly to the Commercial Director and Head of Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present the annual targets of dealers
- Drive volume based on annual targets.
- Identify and follow up on deficiencies for dealer inventory, placing of orders for sales and stock volume, demo cars and steer for customer satisfaction.
- Monitor periodic dealer reports, report on progress, advise on improvements to management.
- Define and follow up Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
- Define and follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.
- Support to define products launching plan and range expansion.
- Carry out annual, quarterly, and monthly activation and launching plans developed with the marketing and sales activation team.
- Supervise Dealer Financial Statements, margin, return on sales and overall profitability.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- 3 years working experience as Zone Manager or Retail Manager in Automotive industry
- Customer-centric mindset connected with our mission and a more sustainable future.
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
- In-depth knowledge and passion about the brands, products, and technologies of the European automotive industry.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment and partner effectively with cross-border/cultural teams.
- Ability to travel occasionally with primary focus on the Dutch market, maintaining close connections with partners and HQ.
- Able to work independently.
