About Network Department
Responsible for the overall management of the entire European region network business new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer withdrawal and other matters. The following sections:
Network Strategy Section
1.Output business partner evaluation criteria
2.Provide input from a business perspective and assist the legal department in reviewing and exporting contract templates
3.Determine local network development strategies and business models, and guide network developers in business development
4.Maintain network entry standards according to different geographical tiers
5.Evaluate business partner operations and provide network development recommendations
Network Development Section
1.Develop and maintain business partners in the region in accordance with the company's overall strategy
2.Regular visits to dealers to maintain local network development and identify abnormal performance dealers
3.Regularly monitor and analyze the operation and financial situation, and provide feedback to the headquarters and related departments
4.Conduct business counseling, punishment and dismissal of unqualified dealers according to company strategy
Construction Operations Section
1.Development of network image standards, VI standards and acceptance standards
2.Store acceptance
3.CI, VI and boutique European local development and maintenance
4.Conduct regular dealer operation quality evaluation and make relevant recommendations
Key Responsibilities:
Core Project Management Responsibilities
- Manage overall progress and ensure successful execution of store construction projects.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of European projects, including preparation, supplier coordination, construction, and store opening.
- Support supplier development, selection, and evaluation; build and maintain a supplier database.
- Act as the key project interface, coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing project processes and standards to drive standardization.
- Provide regular project status reports, identify risks, and propose solutions.
Daily Support Tasks
- Assist in handling project-related documentation such as contracts, reports, and files, ensuring completeness and process compliance.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; background in International Business Management, Project Management preferred. Experience in interior design or architectural design is a strong plus.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or engineering/construction; prior exposure to retail, FMCG, or automotive industries is highly desirable.
3. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder management, with the ability to drive execution across design, engineering, procurement, finance, and suppliers.
4. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project) with strong skills in process optimization and documentation management.
5. Language requirement: English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese or other European languages will be considered an advantage.
