 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales and demand forecasts based on market analyses, sales targets, and historical data

• Manage and placement of purchase orders in our production plants

• Develop ordering strategies considering market requirements and production capacities

• Plan and manage vehicle allocation to our dealer network in line with demand

• Derive recommendations for optimal allocation in case of shortages or delivery delays

• Continuously review and adjust order production volumes based on current market and sales developments

• Closely coordinate with internal departments to ensure market-oriented vehicle supply

• Identify bottlenecks and develop as well as implement countermeasures

• Prepare and analyze forecast reports and variance analyses

• Provide support in cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on automotive or supply chain / demand planning

• Professional experience in production planning or allocation management, preferably in the automotive sector

• Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and attention to detail

• Confident handling of MS Excel and ERP/planning systems

• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent German and business-fluent English skills

• min. 5 years working experience
