About the role
As the National Sales Manager of DENZA Brand, you will lead sales strategy and operations across Spain and Portugal. You will manage the national sales team, develop strong relationships with dealership partners, and ensure sales targets are achieved. Working closely with marketing and senior management, you will drive business growth and strengthen DENZA’s presence in the Iberian market.
The Key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Denza’s sales targets in the Iberian market.
- Lead and manage the national sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment.
- Establish relationships with key dealership partners to optimize distribution and customer reach.
- Monitor sales trends and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.
- Other tasks assigned by Country Manager.
Your profile:
- Bachelor or master ’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
