About the Department:
Human Resources (HR) Department at BYD Europe is dedicated to supporting our people and driving the company’s growth across all European entities. We focus on creating an engaging and compliant work environment, ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to develop and contribute to BYD’s success.

In BYD Poland, the HR team plays a vital role in building our local organization. We manage the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. We also ensure compliance with Polish labor law and company policies, while promoting BYD’s values and culture.

We are currently looking for a new colleague who is passionate about people and organizational development. You have a structured and proactive way of working and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an HR Intern, you will support daily HR operations, collaborate with the HRBP, and help strengthen our growing team in Poland. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your HR expertise and contribute to the success of a rapidly developing international company.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily update and maintenance of candidate data in recruitment databases.
• Reviewing incoming applications from job advertisements and sorting relevant candidates.
• Researching additional recruitment channels and advertising platforms.
• Assisting in the preparation of the HR related documentation.
• Sending follow-up and response emails to candidates based on templates.
• Assist in maintaining local systems.
• Aid in tracking candidate onboarding preparation materials.
• Support coordination of new employee training.
• Assist in arranging candidate interviews, completing the screening calls.
• Provide assistance in processing employee work visas and transfers.
• Help maintain various progress tracking sheets related to HR functions.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Chinese language would be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proactive and organized approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus but it is not required.
