PL - Sales Operations Specialist

Position: Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Operations Specialist (Back Office) to support the Sales Department in day-to-day operational activities.
The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and providing analytical and administrative support to the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily back-office support to the Sales Team in operational tasks
- Manage and update sales data
- Support reporting and monitoring of key sales performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of sales documentation with internal procedures
- Cooperate with Finance and Logistics departments in the area of promotion and sales bonus settlements
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and internal materials for the Sales Team and Management
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance analyses
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Sales Operations / Sales Administration / Back Office)
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good command of English (spoken and written) sufficient to work with documentation and reports
