Key Responsibilities:
- Management and continuous optimization of the operational remarketing process for rental returns, service, leasing, and used vehicles
- Analysis and evaluation of vehicle inventories to optimize pricing and sales control
- Development and implementation of efficient marketing strategies for various sales channels (e.g., dealer networks, online platforms, auctions)
- Contribution to the optimization of residual value strategies and execution of market and competitor analyses
- Establishment, maintenance, and development of partnerships with dealers, leasing companies, and external remarketing service providers
- Preparation of reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market analyses for performance evaluation and decision support
- Close cross-functional collaboration with sales, fleet management, finance, and marketing
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on automotive management
- Several years of professional experience in vehicle remarketing or used car business
- Solid knowledge of vehicle valuation, residual value management, and market mechanisms
- Analytical mindset and confident handling of data, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Negotiation-proficient German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with remarketing tools and databases is advantageous
- High resilience, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach
