BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training curricula in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts
• Coordinate end-to-end training operations including session scheduling, participant registration, and venue logistics
• Manage training resource inventory (vehicles, tools, equipment, parts, manuals)
• Implement evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
• Track participant skill development and maintain comprehensive training records
• Support rollout of new training initiatives and provide operational guidance to stakeholders
• Optimize training quality through continuous improvement based on program evaluations.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or in a Technical filed (Electrical, Mechanic or any other related filed), or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training.
• Driving License.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
• Fluency in English and Dutch. One other language is required (German, French, Spanish, Polish), at the level of B2 or above.
• Microsoft Word, Excel. High level of Power Point creating skills.
