Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of technical support and warranty management
- Ensure the technical support and warranty process support to the network. That includes managing technical dealer tickets, sometimes trouble shooting on site, including process training, to ensure best in class customer satisfaction
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution, and assessment.
- Also manage the local level 2 technical support (Field Engineers).
- Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
- Work closely together with the quality department and R&D department
- Ensure on-site support during product launches, fairs and other events where product support is required. Also, secure AS support for insurance rating projects is part of the responsibility
- Actively manage all required performance and quality and warranty KPIs
- Manage the entire warranty process from pre approvals to final invoice settlement and audit process
Qualifications:
- Strong automotive technical and warranty management background
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field of study
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer, OEM or other related industries.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and Chinese are required, with professional English proficiency as a must.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
