Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the entire AS department in all administrative processes; especially OA related processes (MD approvals, invoice handling, etc)
- Lead preparation process for regular Budget, Performance reviews, HQ market visits, Quarterly Review Meetings, internal review meetings, dealer round tables, etc
- Support Management in organizing specific AS dealer events and AS convention
- Serve as flexible back-up in case of resource shortage in the AS departments
- Lead reporting for project management and follow up with relevant departments to identify gaps vs plan as early as possible
- Business trips may be required
- Ad hoc activities without specific pre-defined scope
Qualifications:
- Strong background in reporting and presentation preparation
- Minimum Bachelors degree is required with general understanding of automotive AS Business
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
Chinese is an add on - High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Strong PowerPoint/Canva and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
