Marketing Manager BYD France
Key Responsibilities
Own the marketing strategy for the French market and lead the development of the marketing organization, including team structure, capability building, performance management, and talent development.
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events,ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality execution.
Lead content creation initiatives, coordinating with relevant parties to deliver marketing assets such as videos, visuals, presentations, and campaign materials.
Develop and manage paid media campaigns across offline and digital channels, including planning, budget control, execution, and performance optimization.
Oversee website management, ensuring content accuracy, timely updates, leads improvement, and alignment with marketing and communication strategies.
Work closely with HQ and crossfunctional internal stakeholders, ensuring local marketing execution aligns with global brand strategy and market requirements to drive sales performance.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
● 10+ years of marketing experience in automotive industry (mandatory), with hands on involvement in events, content creation, paid media, and digital marketing.
● Solid understanding of offline and digital media channels, including campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
● With startup mindset, operational, active and sales-oriented.
● Fluent in English and French; experience working in an international or matrix organization.
