About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Facility Supervisor to our Auto Parts Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the overall operation and daily management of the park property (including dormitories, landscaping and sanitation, and cleaning services).

• Be responsible for formulating and implementing management systems and safety regulations for all property modules.

• Conduct regular inspections and supervision of all property modules, identify problems in a timely manner and resolve them promptly.

• Undertake the data analysis of all property-related work, staff allocation, and follow-up of supporting projects.

• Be in charge of property cost control and management.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior management.
  

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Possess the ability to quickly learn the company’s management regulations, workflows and job requirements, and be proficient in operating relevant office software and statistical tools.

• Have at least 3 years of property management experience.

• Be equipped with strong communication, coordination and management capabilities.

• Language Proficiency: fluency in Hungarian and English is required, (proficiency in Chinese will be a plus.)
