As Technical Trainer you will:

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps.

• Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules including but not limited to company, cross-culture communication, product, process, leadership, etc.

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.

• Maintain training records and track employee participation.

• Conduct onboarding training and continuous learning initiatives.

• Establish a comprehensive internal and external training system to foster a company culture of learning and development.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design ideally within the automotive industry.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian ( native speak). Chinese, Bulgarian is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
