 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing processes through data collection, measurements and performance monitoring.

• Execute process improvements to increase productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize material losses.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating instructions, and best practices.

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct process tests, upgrades, and validations of production systems.

• Track and follow up on KPIs related to quality, efficiency and output.

• Collaborate with quality, engineering, maintenance and production teams to resolve manufacturing and customer quality issues.

• Participate in manufacturing projects, internal and external audits.

• Provide process-related training and technical support to production operators.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, EHS regulations and applicable industry requirements.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environment

• Experience in battery, automotive, electronics, or high-volume production is a strong advantage

• Advanced proficiency in English is essential.

• Chinese will be an added advantage.

• Strong MS Excel skills; experience with manufacturing systems is a plus

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
