Profile Summary:
We are looking for a motivated professional to support the management of sales incentive programs. The role will assist in coordinating activities with Finance, supporting internal communication, and contributing to basic reporting and analysis to ensure incentive initiatives are executed effectively. 

Key Responsibilities:
•        Support the design and implementation of incentive programs, including bonuses, rewards, and monthly or annual campaigns.
•        Manage the payment process for incentives, rewards, and promotional campaigns.
•        Coordinate with the Finance team to address questions and clarifications related to incentive programs.
•        Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs by collecting feedback, analyzing results, and proposing improvements.
•        Support internal communication and ensure that sales teams are always informed about available incentive opportunities.
•        Prepare periodic reports for management on sales performance against predefined targets.

Requirements:
•        At least 3 year of experience in similar roles (e.g., incentive management, sales operations, performance management).
•        Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
•        Overall strong academic background with solid analytical and quantitative skills.
