Main Responsibilities
Develop and deliver weekly and daily sales funnel reports by integrating data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, Wecom, BI tools), external sources (data providers), and dealer networks.
Prepare and automate advanced reporting on sales, stock levels, deliveries, credits, and invoicing.
Support the Sales Planning team in producing and sharing reporting to monitor market share, dealer performance, effectiveness of commercial actions, and sales KPIs, targets, and network performance.
Develop sales forecasts and predictive analyses to support commercial planning and inventory management.
Support the definition of sales targets at dealership level, monitor performance, and analyze variances.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing) at both national and European levels to optimize information flows.
Technical Skills
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables).
2–3 years of experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Knowledge of statistical tools (Python or R) is a plus.
Ability to analyze commercial KPIs, sales performance, margins, and channel performance.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
