About the role
The Regional Sales Manager for the DENZA Brand will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and commercial performance within the assigned region. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing sales strategies, managing dealer performance, and strengthening relationships with key partners and customers to achieve sales, revenue, and brand positioning objectives.
This position reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia and acts as a brand ambassador and point of reference for all sales activities within the area of responsibility.
The Key responsibilities will be:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with the Country Manager and overall business plan to drive market share growth and achieve commercial targets.
Manage business growth with an omni-channel and B2B2C mindset, ensuring strong collaboration with the dealer network.
Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region.
Dealer & Funnel Performance Management
Manage and optimize funnel KPIs across the assigned dealer network, including:
Lead to Test Drive conversion
Test Drive to Order conversion
Order and Registration targets
Stock KPIs
Create actionable improvement plans with dealers to enhance performance and customer reach.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key industry partners, and final customers.
Conduct regular market and customer visits to understand needs, address challenges, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Act as DENZA brand ambassador within the region and at industry events.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking within the area of responsibility.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Brand Promotion & Marketing Execution
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strong execution of regional campaigns, customer events, and promotional activities.
Strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and influence among key industry stakeholders.
Customer Experience & NPS
Ensure NPS and customer satisfaction surveys are effectively deployed across the dealer network.
Ensure customer feedback is addressed with maximum priority and translated into improvement actions.
Sales Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, develop, and support the regional sales team by setting targets and evaluating performance.
Work closely with internal departments such as Network, Operations, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure full alignment and support of sales objectives.
Financial Solutions
Drive the implementation of relevant financial solutions tailored to market and customer needs.
Monitor financial partner KPIs and ensure strong performance in financial product penetration.
Additional Responsibilities
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Country Manager and senior management to support overall company growth objectives.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets, including customer behavior, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.
