About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
Manage administrative vendors and service providers, including contracts, service quality, and cost control.
Oversee reception and visitor management, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage company vehicles and office assets, including usage, maintenance, and records.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office and facilities management.
Lead and support the administrative team, fostering efficiency and service excellence.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and business teams to support operational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in administration or office management; team management experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of French, English and Chinese (spoken and written).
